Stephan's journey began in Riverside, CA, but it was in Reedsport, OR, where he found his calling. With a Fire Science degree and years of experience in the Lakeside Fire Department, Stephan became the youngest-ever Lieutenant. Alongside his firefighting career, he served our community as a Rescue Diver and obtained his drone license, establishing Pearson Images.
Stephan's diverse professional background from, videography and photography to business management, makes him invaluable to clients seeking expertise in both urban and rural properties. When he's not working, you'll find him enjoying beach walks, fishing trips, coaching wrestling, and finding solace at The Big K Ranch in Elkton with his Silver Lab, Luca.
SHASTA
A seasoned Realtor with over 11 years of experience, Shasta started her real estate journey in Portland before returning to Coos County. As Principal Broker and co-founder of Pearson Properties, she's played a pivotal role in the burgeoning waterfront development of Coos Bay.
Through her involvement in the Coos County Board of Realtors, including serving as President, Shasta has built a strong network of industry professionals and deepened her understanding of real estate's impact on local, state, and national levels. She sees real estate as more than just selling houses, actively collaborating with various organizations and programs to address diverse housing needs. When she's not immersed in real estate, Shasta supports her children in their athletic pursuits, indulges in photography and writing projects, and enjoys connecting with new people through event planning and salsa dancing.
